Planning
A planning process built to stay usable after the meeting
Plans fail when they are too abstract to follow or too detailed to maintain. Our process keeps the plan short, specific, and reviewable.
How the process works
Clarify the starting point
We review what is already in motion: current priorities, open projects, responsibilities, and the constraints you are working within.
Define the objective
A goal is written in plain language, with the outcome, the owner, and the timeframe stated clearly enough to act on.
Sequence the work
Objectives are broken into steps and put in order, with dependencies identified so nothing is blocked unexpectedly.
Set the review rhythm
We agree on how and when progress is checked, so adjustments happen while there is still time to make them.
What you receive
Documents you can act on
- A written objective summary in plain language
- A sequenced action list with owners and timeframes
- A short list of dependencies and known risks
- An agreed schedule for progress reviews
Deliverables are adjusted to the size of the engagement. Nothing is produced that your team would not use.
